Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Killefer (pictured) attended McDonogh School before heading south to pursue his undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston. He graduated in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. His family has since established roots in Holden Beach, North Carolina, further strengthening his ties to the Carolinas.
Killefer began his professional career in supply chain sales with Fastenal, where he supported accounts including Boeing, the South Carolina Ports Authority, and the College of Charleston. This role strengthened his sales and client relationship skills while providing valuable exposure to the logistics, infrastructure, and operations that support businesses throughout the region.
His interest in commercial real estate developed during his senior year at the College of Charleston, when he joined NAI Charleston as an intern. During his internship, Killefer gained hands-on experience in market research and analysis, developing a strong understanding of the data, trends, and market fundamentals shaping Charleston's commercial real estate landscape.
Following graduation, Killefer became a licensed South Carolina real estate agent in August 2026 and transitioned into a full-time Associate role with NAI Charleston. His primary focus will be office and land brokerage, representing buyers, owners, and tenants across the Charleston market, with additional experience in industrial transactions. He looks forward to building relationships throughout the Lowcountry and growing his commercial real estate practice within the Charleston market.
“I’m incredibly grateful to be stepping into an Associate role and continuing my journey in commercial real estate with the company that gave me my start,” said Ned. “I’m excited to grow with a team that has played such a meaningful role in shaping my career in this industry.”
“We are excited to have Ned join our team as an associate agent,” said Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM, broker-in-charge and partner at NAI Charleston. “His passion for the commercial real estate business paired with his strong work ethic will ensure his success as an agent.”
