NAI Charleston announced the sale of ±4.27 acres located at 2421 Sol Legare Road in Charleston to Charleston County Parks and Recreation. NAI Charleston brokers E. David Grubbs and David E. Grubbs represented the sellers.
The ±4.27-acre property features water views and is situated along Sol Legare Road. Charleston County Parks and Recreation acquired the property as part of its continued investment in land and recreational assets throughout Charleston County.
