OMAHA, NEBRASKA - The Mount Pleasant Police Department earned reaccreditation during the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) summer conference in Omaha, Nebraska July 22 – July 25.
This achievement marks the department’s 11th consecutive CALEA Accreditation Award, reflecting MPPD’s long standing commitment to professionalism, accountability, and excellence in law enforcement.
Reaccreditation is a rigorous process that evaluates every aspect of a law enforcement agency’s operations, policies, training, and service to ensure we continue to meet internationally recognized best practices.
