The Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce (MPCC) Young Professionals Group (YPG) is proud to announce an exclusive professional development partnership with Cohesion Culture™ to launch The Cohesive Leader (TCL) Academy. This specialized program is designed to equip Charleston’s emerging leaders with the essential tools to foster belonging, value, and shared commitment within their organizations.
Cohesion Culture™, founded by globally recognized talent retention expert Dr. Troy Hall and strategic partner Ben-Jamin Toy, has gained statewide acclaim for its transformative approach to workplace dynamics. Recently honored by the South Carolina House of Representatives with the proclamation of “Cohesion Culture Day,” the organization focuses on moving beyond traditional “trust falls” to create sustainable, high-performing team environments.
"Our mission at the Chamber is to empower the next generation of business leaders," said Rebecca Imholz, Executive Director of the Mount Pleasant Chamber. "By partnering with Cohesion Culture for the TCL Academy, we are providing emerging leaders with a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, build authentic connections and help develop inclusive workplace cultures that drive real business results. For any organization that wants to develop their young professionals this course is essential.”
"We are thrilled to bring the principles of Cohesion Culture to the Mount Pleasant YPG," said Dr. Troy Hall. "The TCL Academy is about more than just leadership theory; it’s about giving young professionals the 'Entrepreneurial Spirit' they need to thrive in today’s evolving workforce."
Registration for the TCL Academy is now open to all young professionals ages 21-40. Space is limited to ensure an impactful, cohort-based experience.
