MINDZERO, Mount Pleasant’s newest wellness studio specializing in contrast therapy, officially opens its doors on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. After the success of the business’s first location in Myrtle Beach, MINDZERO is excited to provide accessible and inclusive group sessions that elevate members’ energy, focus and overall well-being at its new location in the Lowcountry. MINDZERO will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its second facility at 2 p.m. on Dec. 10, and will offer free sessions on Thursday, Dec. 12 as part of its official grand opening.

MINDZERO brings you a unique, scientifically-proven, multi-sensory experience that combines ancient traditions with modern science to promote happier and healthier overall well-being. Through an array of specially designed guided sessions that incorporate sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and a strong community aspect, the MINDZERO journey takes members through a mental and physical reset that aims to elevate their daily lives and help unlock their limitless potential.
