The closure of Meeting Street between Discher Street and Four Mile Lane has been extended as crews continue railroad crossing repairs.
All lanes of Meeting Street in the area will remain closed through 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, due to paving delays.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes while the closure remains in effect.
The project is being overseen by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). Anyone with questions can contact SCDOT Customer Service for more information.
