Meals on Wheels of Summerville is pleased to announce the election of its 2025 Board of Directors, a dedicated group of community leaders committed to advancing the organization’s mission of combating hunger and isolation among the area’s most vulnerable residents. This year, the board welcomes four new members who will guide strategic initiatives and ensure sustainable growth.
The newly elected board members are:
- Griff Buddin, Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer, First National Bank
- Jo-Chi Mao, Mortgage Operation Specialist, The Bank of South Carolina -
- Paul Stevens, FedEx Pilot/Retired USAF
- Diana Bodnar, Retired Retinal Angiographer/Published
These newly elected members join the existing board, which includes Vonie Gilreath, Corey Greene, Jim Griffin, Hillary Jones, Colin Martin (chair), Chris Rollison (vice chair), Kathy Robinson (treasurer), Nancy Sousa (secretary), and Molly Willard.
These individuals bring diverse backgrounds in nonprofit management, business development, community engagement, and fundraising. Their collective expertise will be instrumental as Meals on Wheels of Summerville works to meet the increasing demand for its services while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and personalized care.
