GREENVILLE, S.C. - Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with 31 locations across the United States, is pleased to announce that Bo Russell (pictured), Shareholder, was elected to serve on the Board of Visitors for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
The Board of Visitors is vital in advancing the mission of MUSC, the most comprehensive academic health services system in the state, while also strengthening relationships of MUSC within the communities it serves. Members are nominated by the University’s trustees and serve as ambassadors in their respective regions.
Bo is an attorney in Maynard Nexsen’s Greenville office, where he supports clients throughout all stages of their business life cycle, including formation, debt and equity financing, organic and acquisitive growth, and, in many cases, a successful exit from the market.
MUSC’s purpose is to preserve and optimize human life in South Carolina and beyond. The University provides an interprofessional environment for learning and discovery through the education of health care professionals and biomedical scientists, research in the health sciences and provision of comprehensive health care.
