M.C. Dean opened the doors to its newest 25,000-square-foot office in the Charleston region, during a ribbon cutting ceremony with North Charleston Mayor Reginald L Burgess on Thursday, December 12. This newly constructed facility builds on M.C. Dean’s two decade-long commitment to customers and employees in the region and represents more than 125 new job opportunities in the state.

Located at 1100 Sumner Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina, this site includes 12,600-square-feet for office space, 5,000-square-feet of M.C. Dean’s state-of-the-art pre-installation, testing, and commissioning space, and nearly 7,500-square-feet of secure storage. This new facility enhances M.C. Dean's ability to deliver higher production and service capabilities to customers in the Carolinas.

The ribbon-cutting and grand opening event featured technical demonstrations showcasing some of M.C. Dean’s latest, cutting-edge solutions and remarks from Mayor Burgess who thanked M.C. Dean for bringing new opportunities to the families and business of Charleston with other regional dignitaries present.

M.C. Dean will continue to expand its global enterprise in the coming year, with office expansions in San Jose, California, and Stuttgart, Germany.
