Kiawah River, a luxury waterfront community near Charleston, S.C. and the region’s first agrihood, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Leonard as Director of Sales and Broker-In-Charge.
In his role, Leonard oversees the Kiawah River Real Estate team, leads sales strategies for new lot releases, and supports the sale of developer homesites, builder speculative homes, and pre-owned homes and homesites.
“Kiawah River has built an exceptional team that is passionate about the vision of this community and the lifestyle it offers,” said Dan Doyle, President and COO of The Beach Company. “As Kiawah River continues to grow, we're committed to investing in that foundation by bringing on people who reflect those shared values. Jeff's experience across premier East Coast markets and his relationship-driven approach make him a natural fit, and we're excited to welcome him to the team. We're confident he'll help us continue sharing the Kiawah River story with future homeowners.”
A native of Shallotte/Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., Leonard brings extensive experience in coastal real estate markets across the Carolinas, having held prior roles with Daniel Island Real Estate, Bald Head Island Real Estate, and Myrtle Beach Communities Real Estate.
Jeff succeeds Chris Drury as Broker-in-Charge, as Chris remains a part of the team and transitions into a Sales Executive role after five years of leadership to spend more time with his wife, children, and grandchildren while continuing to serve the Kiawah River community. “I look forward to working alongside Jeff and continuing my commitment to Kiawah River, especially as we build on the momentum surrounding the launch of East Meadows,” said Chris.
Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina Pembroke, and is a licensed real estate professional in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. He enjoys boating and exploring Charleston’s waterways with his family.
