LightMaps are currently available to display airport traffic & conditions, nautical conditions & marine forecasts, current and predicted weather, and metro traffic in your area.
A LightMap display uses internal LED illumination that changes before your eyes, making it the perfect addition to any office, home, or business. Lightweight, easy to install, and WiFi-connected, it provides the exact data that's relevant to you with just a glance. The high-resolution artwork is printed directly onto acrylic and only 1/4 inch thick, creating a functional work of art.
LightMaps are available in multiple formats and customizable designs to fit a variety of needs:
- LightMap AIR: The LightMap AIR™ display is a standard FAA VFR sectional aeronautical chart illuminated with hundreds of lights to indicate the METAR flight conditions for the airports in your area. Always up to date, the LightMap AIR is a perfect display for the home, office, or hangar.
- LightMap USA: The LightMap USA™ illuminates METAR aviation weather conditions for the entire continental USA. It is available as vertical regional panels covering the US’s West, Central, and East portions (sold together or as single regions) or one smaller panel covering the entire US. The artwork is entirely custom-designed and features major airports, landmarks, geography, and airspace boundaries, among other items of interest.
- LightMap SEA: The LightMap SEA™ display is a standard NOAA nautical chart with illuminated wind, tide, wave, and weather conditions. Hundreds of lights are projected onto the map surface from the back to indicate the conditions in your area in real-time, including a 24-hour forecast. Captains of boats large and small will love the unique and handy LightMap SEA.
- LightMap CITY: (Coming soon) The LightMap CITY display presents a detailed view of the pulse of your favorite city. View the conditions of major roadways in real time or as predicted two hours into the future, as well as airport flight delays, stadium events, air quality, and live weather alerts. Hundreds of colorful lights are projected from within to help you plan your day while serving as a beautiful piece of interactive art and the coolest conversation starter.
