The award is based solely on feedback gathered through a confidential, third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute. In addition to placing in the top 20 for the Top Workplaces award, James White Construction was also named Best Benefit Package with the #1 top score across all small businesses.
