NAI Charleston is pleased to announce that The McCall Center, a ±52,480-square-foot shopping center located at 5070 International Boulevard in North Charleston, has reached 100% occupancy.
NAI Charleston’s Will Sherrod, CCIM, and Christi Copenhaver represented the property’s ownership, Q and M Investments, LLC, throughout the leasing process.
Achieving full occupancy marks an important milestone for the retail center and reflects the successful leasing efforts undertaken on behalf of ownership. The property now features a diverse mix of tenants serving the surrounding North Charleston community.
“It has been a pleasure representing the Landlord throughout this process and helping secure a strong, diverse mix of tenants for the property and the surrounding community,” said Christi. “Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen!”
The McCall Center’s full occupancy further demonstrates the continued demand for well-positioned retail space within the North Charleston market.
