For Caroline McDavid, entrepreneurship didn’t start with a pitch, it started with motherhood. With a husband already working in the fueling industry, she asked one simple question during the height of the pandemic: Why can’t fuel be delivered?
That question eventually became Juiced Fuel, a mobile fuel delivery service she co-founded with her husband that is now expanding rapidly across the country.
Today, Juiced Fuel has grown into a multimillion-dollar business with 37 franchise territories, 16 of which are up and operational. But for the McDavids, growth has never just been about scale.
Introducing the Fuel Forward Foundation
When Hurricane Helene hit the southeast, The McDavids were called to step up to the plate. They used their Juiced Fuel’s trucks, infrastructure, and team to provide emergency fuel in Georgia. Gifting every family 10 gallons of fuel until their trucks were completely empty.
Together, they witnessed firsthand what fuel means to those in crisis.
“Fuel stopped being a convenience in that moment,” Caroline said. “It became a lifeline. People weren’t asking for much, they just needed to keep moving, keep generators running, keep helping their families and neighbors.”
Just like that, Under Caroline’s leadership, the Fuel Forward Foundation was born. Fuel Forward is the nonprofit arm of Juiced Fuel dedicated to delivering emergency fuel and support when disaster strikes.
The Foundation’s mission is to build a disaster-response network alongside Juiced Fuel’s growing franchise system, helping cover the cost of fuel, truck deployment,
emergency operations, and logistics so franchise owners can respond quickly without carrying the financial burden alone.
