Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina (FCP) is announcing several transitions on its board of directors, honoring outgoing leaders and welcoming new members who will guide the organization to its next chapter of growth and impact.
After three years of dedicated leadership, Board President Jamee Haley has completed her term and will remain a member of the board. As a respected entrepreneur and community champion, Haley’s expertise strengthened and shaped FCP during a critical period of transformation. After serving three years on the board and stabilizing FCP’s financial position, Sheri Cooper has stepped down from her role as Treasurer. Cooper’s strategic insight and financial stewardship built a more sustainable foundation for the future of FCP. Lastly, FCP recognizes Latosha Jenkins-Fludd (an FCP alumna) for her service as a board member, in which she brought an invaluable perspective, passion and community-driven connection to the organization.
FCP is also introducing two new passionate leaders to the board: Preston Bankson, Senior Vice President at First Horizon Bank, and Katie Reams, Statewide Director of United for ALICE at Trident United Way.
Through his experience with Trident United Way, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, The Maritime Association and the German-American Chamber of Commerce, Bankson brings a strong background in business growth, strategic risk management and community investment to the board. Reams is a long-time leader in the United Way network, a member of the governing council and funding committee for the Lowcountry Continuum of Care and is a Board Member of Tricounty SPEAKS and Fact Forward. She brings expertise in community impact, data-informed strategies and collaborative service delivery to the board.
