On Wednesday, November 19th, three of California’s top wine proprietors will visit Edmund's Oast for a special dining and pairing event. Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards, Matt Licklider of LIOCO, and Andy Peay from Peay Vineyards will all be on-hand for each of the night’s three seatings.
Chef Andy Henderson will present a five course tasting menu featuring two options for attendees to choose from. Each dish will be paired with a wine from one of the special guests’ vineyards. Each of the featured wines will be available for purchase by the bottle.
The event costs $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity). There are three seatings available – 7 pm, 7:45 pm, and 8:30 pm. Reservations are required. For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit the Edmund’s Oast website.
