East West Partners, a residential and commercial real estate development firm based in Charleston, has announced the completion of the third collection at The Waterfront Daniel Island.
Fueled by strong buyer demand, Phase III is now more than 60% sold and includes six Marshfront Homes, 30 Plover and Whimbrel condominium residences and 11 Sanderling townhomes. With construction complete, prospective buyers can tour finished residences and experience The Waterfront lifestyle firsthand. A limited selection across all three residential offerings remains, giving buyers the opportunity to purchase a completed home and move in immediately.
“Throughout the evolution of The Waterfront Daniel Island, we have continued to listen to our buyers and respond with new residential offerings designed to meet the needs and preferences of the community,” said Harriette Calder, East West Partners’ senior vice president of development. “The exceptional response to Phase III reflects the enduring appeal of Daniel Island and the confidence buyers have in the long-term value of owning a home here. With homes now available for immediate move-in, buyers can become part of this growing community today, and we are excited to welcome this new group of residents to The Waterfront.”
The interior design vision for the third collection was led by Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors, the Charleston-based firm that also designed the second collection at The Waterfront Daniel Island. Two architectural firms, Charleston-based MacMillan Pazdan Smith and Bluffton-based Court Atkins Group, brought the third collection’s residences to life.
Designed with sustainability at the forefront, the residences were developed to meet ASHRAE Net Zero-Ready design criteria, incorporating advanced building strategies intended to improve efficiency and reduce long-term energy consumption. Enhancements include additional insulation throughout the exterior building envelope, upgraded HVAC systems and high-efficiency heat pump water heaters. With the future addition of renewable energy systems, the residences are designed to produce as much energy as they consume.
While The Waterfront’s core amenities and initial residential offerings have been complete since Phase I opened in July 2021, the community continues to expand with Marin, a boutique collection of 128 rental residences currently under construction and anticipated to open in spring 2027.
Residents at The Waterfront Daniel Island have access to private amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center and on-site property management, along with walkable access to several Daniel Island destinations. Nearby amenities include Waterfront Park, The Kingstide waterfront restaurant, The DIME café and market, the Daniel Island Ferry, public docks, more than 25 miles of trails and a variety of shopping, dining and other conveniences.
