The holiday season is a joyful time for many, but a challenging and lonely one for others. Drawing Near to God (DNG) wants women to feel supported in the new year and is excited to offer resources to do so. Specifically, they’re excited to continue their exploration of I and II Peter in January.
Through Making Space for God, DNG’s Thursday morning small-group program, women are invited to join a dedicated, faith-centered community to find encouragement, connection and a space to relate. The current study, “God’s Good & Precious Promises: A Study of I & II Peter,” resumes on Jan. 15, and women are welcome to join regardless of their attendance to the fall session.
Those interested can register online here and catch up at their own pace with fall teaching videos, which are all accessible online. Throughout the study, women will engage in small groups led by trained leaders and experience powerful teachings, discussion and prayer, either in-person each Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., at St. Andrew’s Church in Mount Pleasant or through a dedicated Zoom small group. Complimentary childcare is also available for children aged five and under.
