City of Charleston Offices to Close in Observance of Independence Day

The City of Charleston offices will be closed Friday, July 4^th in observance of Independence Day.

City Services on Independence Day:

Public Service:

Peninsula, Inner West Ashley, James Island (City Crews)

• Collection will run on a normal schedule.

Johns Island & Outer West Ashley (Trident Waste)

• Collection will run on a normal schedule until Friday, July 4^th. The rest of the week will be on a one-day delay, finishing on Saturday., July 12^th.

Daniel Island & Cainhoy (Trident Waste)

• Collection will run on a normal schedule.

Recreation:

• The Municipal Golf Course will remain open on Friday, July 4^th.
• All tennis centers, pools, and other recreation facilities besides the Municipal Golf Course will be closed.

City Offices:

• All City Offices will be closed on Friday, July 4^th.
