With the rapid acceleration of artificial intelligence (AI) reshaping every industry, Charleston Digital recognizes the need for education that cuts through the noise. Through the Charleston Learning Center, the goal is to provide the community with knowledge and tools that build confidence, reduce confusion and empower individuals across roles and industries to prepare for the future of work.
A starting point for residents in the Tri-County region to learn about AI is the Google AI Essentials Career Certificate, available for free thanks to a community grant from Google. Residents can register for the self-paced, online course online.
Additionally, Charleston Digital has announced its newest AI series, “Collaborating with Agents.” Across three one-hour sessions, participants will learn how modern AI systems work, how to use reverse prompting to improve outcomes, how to create reusable agent skills and how to design multi-agent workflows to break complex work into reliable steps. The workshop series focuses on practical mental models, live examples and repeatable patterns that participants can apply immediately in product, design, operations and software workflows.
Beyond these current offerings, Charleston Digital is working with experts in its community to create more advanced, high-level AI series classes and workshops. Updates will be announced as they become available. With the support of organizations like Google and Comcast, the group says it is committed to expanding educational programming for the Charleston community.
