Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) and TriCounty Link (TCL) will offer free rides tomorrow, June 17, to celebrate National Dump the Pump Day.
National Dump the Pump Day encourages commuters to use public transportation instead of driving their own vehicles.
