Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) and TriCounty Link (TCL) will offer free rides to seniors ages 55 and older tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 21.
Friday’s free fare promotion celebrates National Senior Citizen Day. This free ride day is one of several such days remaining for 2026. This is for fixed route service only.
Riders are asked to present a valid photo ID when boarding.
