Carnes Crossroads earned prestigious honors in the housing industry by being recently ranked one of the top 50 best-selling master-planned communities in the United States and being nominated for multiple additional national awards, including Best Master Planned Community of the Year. These honors celebrate Carnes Crossroads’ transformative progress in the past year, and its impact on more residents taking root in Goose Creek to work, live, and play.
John Burns Research and Consulting and RCLCO, leading firms for the U.S. housing industry, have respectively ranked Carnes Crossroads #38 and #42 among a list of 50 master-planned communities. These awards highlight top-performing master planned communities all over the nation for their high performance in design and quality of life features, affordability, and buyer incentives.
The National Association of Home Builders hosts The Nationals competition to honor the best master-planned communities, home builders, sales and marketing professionals in the industry. Carnes Crossroads was nominated as a Gold finalist from over 1,100 entries for:
