Berkeley County Library System (BCLS), in collaboration with the South Carolina Bar, will co-host Law Talk: Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 5 – 6 p.m. at Moncks Corner Library, located at 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner. The topic will be presented by Michelle J. Weil, Esquire.
Law Talk provides free legal education taught by a South Carolina licensed volunteer attorney or judge. Presentations are 30 – 45 minutes followed by a brief Q&A following the talk.
