NAI Charleston is pleased to announce the lease of a ±4,168 SF freestanding building at 422 Savannah Highway to Amelia Interiors.
David Ellis Grubbs of NAI Charleston represented the tenant, Amelia Kearney of Amelia Interiors. Tim Wood of Meyer Kapp & Associates represented the landlord.
Amelia Interiors is expanding from its current location at 237 King Street, Unit D, after outgrowing the downtown space. Located just over the Ashley River Bridge in West Ashley, the new location offers prominent visibility from Highway 17, convenient access to downtown Charleston and additional space to support the company’s continued growth.
Formerly home to a floral and interior design studio, the property will now begin a new chapter as the home of Amelia Interiors.
“I am pleased to have represented Amelia Interiors in its expansion from downtown Charleston to a freestanding building in West Ashley,” said David. “This new space will allow Amelia to continue growing her business and better serve her clients."
“David E. Grubbs did an incredible job guiding us through this process from start to finish, making what could have been an overwhelming transition feel seamless and stress-free,” said Amelia of Amelia Interiors. “We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and are excited about what this new space means for the continued growth of Amelia Interiors and Palmetta. Bringing so many aspects of our business together under one roof is an exciting next chapter, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead.”
