Charleston County Economic Development (CCED) proudly presents the 21st Annual Industry Appreciation Luncheon, celebrating the contributions of the county’s existing industries to economic growth and community prosperity.
This year’s program will feature:
- 2024 Industry Impact Award Presentations – Recognizing companies that have demonstrated excellence in innovation, workforce development, and community engagement.
- Charleston County Economic Development Ambassador Recognition – Honoring an individual for outstanding contributions to economic development.
- Special Tribute to J. Steven Dykes – Commemorating his 32 years of leadership as Executive Director before his retirement.
The event will also include a panel discussion titled “Cultivating a Culture of Retention,” which will feature a dynamic discussion on workforce retention strategies among:

- Panelists: Matthew Hamrick, Mercedes-Benz Vans and David Stasiukaitis, Low Country Case & Millwork
