The agreement was finalized by Timothy C. Myers, Sole Member and Manager of 1st Choice A/C, Heating, Plumbing & Gas, LLC, and Timothy W. Motte, Sole Member of Motte’s Mechanical, LLC, who also signed individually.
This strategic acquisition is particularly significant as it integrates Motte’s Mechanical’s established assets and expertise, granting 1st Choice immediate ownership and operation of a full sheet metal fabrication shop.
The addition of this in-house sheet metal shop allows 1st Choice to:
- Increase Efficiency and Speed: Control the entire ductwork and ventilation fabrication process, reducing reliance on third-party vendors and accelerating project timelines for customers.
