The Restoration Hotel is launching its Summer Rooftop Wellness Series this April, running weekly activities on the rooftop through the fall right off King St. in downtown Charleston.
The series brings a rotating lineup of wellness classes to the rooftop at golden hour, including yoga, HIIT workouts, Pilates-inspired movements and sound bath meditation, all set against the Charleston skyline.
Classes take place at 6 p.m. and are designed to flow from movement into sunset, creating an experience that blends fitness, community and the outdoor setting.
After each class, guests are invited to head to The Watch Rooftop next door for post-workout bites and drinks, including the featured mocktail, the Responsible Jalapeño — a nonalcoholic version of The Watch’s Irresponsible Jalapeño made with Astral Blanco, blood orange purée, jalapeño, ginger, lime and simple syrup.
The series reflects a growing focus in Charleston on outdoor wellness experiences that go beyond traditional studio spaces, combining movement with atmosphere and social connection while celebrating the local community.
