The Charlee, a collection of luxury short-term rental residences, is now available for bookings at 89 Cannon Street. Bridging the gap between a traditional hotel and a standard short-term rental, The Charlee is located right in the heart of Charleston’s Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood.
The eight four-bedroom units, each sleeping up to 10 guests, were designed by Charleston-based interior designer Jenny Keenan Design and architect Stephen Ramos. No two residences are alike, with each featuring a unique layout, art, and design, as well as custom millwork, high-end finishes, and private rooftop or porch access.
Guests have hotel-style concierge access throughout their entire stay, including excursion bookings, grocery delivery, and property bicycles.
The street-facing ground floor will house a restaurant space in the future (available to lease; more details will be announced at a later date).
