About the Instructor:
Krista Vera is a 200 HR RYT in the midst of completing her 500 hour Teacher Training. Krista began practicing yoga in 2015 and fell in love with the body/mind connection that she experienced each time she stepped on the mat. Krista believes that yoga is powerful and should be accessible to everyone. When teaching, she strives to draw connections between what we practice on that mat and its practical application off the mat. Krista loves creating dynamic flows that challenge her students to push beyond their boundaries, discover their strength and deepen their practice.
Charleston County Parks’ Starlight Yoga program will also hold several evening sessions at various park locations in 2024. For more information on Sunrise Yoga or any of Charleston County Parks’ yoga programs, or to register, visit www.CharlestonCountyParks.com (direct link) or call 843-795-4386.
