Charleston County Parks’ popular Starlight Yoga series returns for its final session of the year — under the glow of the Holiday Festival of Lights at James Island County Park on Monday, Nov. 10. Registration is now open, and space is limited.
This special session takes place just days before the Holiday Festival of Lights officially opens, giving participants an exclusive sneak peek at this year’s dazzling light displays. The class will be led by local instructor Tashi and held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the bank of the lake, with views of some of the park’s most popular holiday scenes.
The flowing yoga class is open to all fitness levels and abilities. Each participant will receive a glow-in-the-dark prize.
Tashi, a Massachusetts native who moved to South Carolina in 2017, holds a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification and has taught throughout the Charleston area for more than three years. With a background in sociology, she incorporates activism, accessibility, and authenticity into her practice, encouraging students to find comfort in their own journey.
Online registration is available now at CharlestonCountyParks.com.
