WalletHub today released its study on 2025's Most & Least Energy-Efficient States and for the third straight year, South Carolina ranked as being the least energy-efficient state in the country.
To create the rankings, WalletHub compared the auto- and home-energy efficiency in 48 U.S. states. Due to data limitations, Alaska and Hawaii were excluded from our analysis.
