The Nature Based Exchange has released a new episode of its Conversing with Nature podcast, featuring an interview with members of The M.A.R.S.H. Project — Dr. Blake Scott, Joel Caldwell and Blake Suarez.
The M.A.R.S.H. Project is a grassroots community initiative focused on revitalizing and advocating for Charleston’s marsh ecosystems. The group organizes neighborhood cleanups, native plant garden installations, art and storytelling events, and other gatherings that bring people together in nature.
“The marsh is an extension of home,” said Dr. Scott. “Our goal is that we don’t want it to be lost.”
Listeners can tune in to Conversing with Nature on their preferred podcast platform to hear the full conversation and learn more about The M.A.R.S.H. Project’s efforts to protect Charleston’s natural heritage.
