Motley Rice will host their 13th Annual ProjectGO! event on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. ProjectGo! is an annual outreach program that allows firm employees to donate a workday volunteering for organizations and nonprofit groups in need throughout the community.
Some of the spaces volunteers will work this year include:
- Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding (CATR): Volunteers will assist with barn maintenance, trail upkeep, and supporting equine-assisted therapy programs that provide life-changing experiences for individuals with disabilities.
- Charleston Parks Conservancy: Participants engage in park beautification efforts, including planting flowers, landscaping, and improving green spaces to ensure vibrant and accessible community parks.
- Spread Some Magic: Volunteers write heartfelt letters to Make-A-Wish children awaiting their wishes and their families, spreading hope and encouragement.
- The Ronald McDonald House: Participants will make and serve a special lunch for the guests and work in the yard and garden- pruning, planting, laying mulch.
