FYZICAL West Ashley is officially open and seeing patients. Local residents Heather and Michael Badino opened the newest FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers clinic on Aug. 19 at 2048 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., Suite 3, Charleston, next to Citadel Mall.
Offering a holistic approach to wellness, FYZICAL helps clients recover from injuries and surgeries while also improving overall health and well-being. Through its Balance Therapy Program, FYZICAL treats a wide range of issues that can cause balance disorders in a safe and challenging environment.
A Charleston native, Heather Badino watched her parents struggle with mobility issues in their later years.
“They were afraid to participate in occupational and physical therapy because they were more worried about falling during treatment than keeping their mobility and independence. That fear kept them from getting the help they needed — and it stayed with me,” she said.
Determined to turn that experience into purpose, Heather and Michael partnered with FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a national franchise known for its innovative approach to fall prevention, balance therapy and one-on-one patient care.
