East West Partners, a nationally awarded residential and commercial real estate development group with offices in Charleston, breaks ground today on Marin at The Waterfront, its fourth collection of residences at luxury mixed-use community, The Waterfront Daniel Island.
Representing a new product type for the community, Marin will offer 128 rentable residences spread across two buildings set against the marsh in the heart of the village. The spacious homes will range from one- to three-bedrooms and offer access to premier amenities exclusive to Marin residents.
To ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicular traffic, the intersection of Pier View Street and Daniels Landing Drive will be closed throughout the duration of construction, beginning May 12. A temporary turnaround will be built on Pier View Street to allow vehicles to turn around.
The design vision for the Marin reflects its natural surroundings, with interiors featuring neutral tones inspired by the seasonally shifting hues of the nearby marsh. Open, airy living spaces are made for comfort and entertainment, while private terraces overlooking the coastal landscape celebrate the essence of Lowcountry living. Residences will offer spacious primary bedrooms, entry drop zones, dedicated workspaces, in-unit laundry area, and elevated finishes. The residences are expected to begin at $3,000 per month and range from approximately 777 to 1,798 square feet.

The interior design will be led by J. Banks Design Group, an award-winning firm specializing in high-end residential, clubhouse, hospitality and commercial design. In addition, architecture firm Housing Studio and contractor W.M. Jordan Company will help bring the residences to life.
