The Waverly, downtown Charleston’s newest private event space and wedding venue is now open.
Opened in May 2025 at 94 Stuart St by Uptown Hospitality, the group behind popular Charleston concepts Uptown Social, Bodega, Share House and By the Way, The Waverly features a 3,000 square ft reception hall complete with an attached covered porch that blends the indoors and outdoors.
The space also features an outdoor Veranda and Garden made for ceremonies or an intimate setting for cocktail hours. There are also two on-site "getting ready" suites and a fully equipped catering kitchen.
