The home, which sold for $5.399 million, captured national attention when it debuted in August 2024 for its innovative design and seamless blend of Lowcountry charm with modern living.

It also incorporates the work of many local artisans, including Charleston-based Andrea Cayetano-Jefferson of Gullah Sweetgrass Baskets and textile designer Rebecca Atwood.

Open for tours from August through December 2024, the home drew more than 17,000 visitors and provided a unique opportunity to experience its innovative design and Lowcountry charm firsthand.
