First Annual Hall of Trees: November 15 – December 15
This holiday season, The Ellie Beach Resort, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, invites guests and locals to join in the festivities from November 15 – December 15 as the resort’s hallway comes to life with the First Annual Hall of Trees, coordinated by A Crafter’s Paradise, LLC. Local businesses will decorate themed Christmas trees on display for a month, each showcasing creativity and community pride. On December 15, the top four trees will receive prizes and all entries will be auctioned off to support Healing Through Creativity, a local charity.
Christmas Craftpalooza: November 28
Additionally, resort guests can enjoy a full weekend of holiday shopping starting on Black Friday, November 28, at Christmas Craftapalooza, the Grand Strand’s premier craft expo. Spanning two floors at The Ellie, the event features local artisans, handmade goods, legendary fudge, Make & Take tables, raffles, gift wrapping and more. Yuletide By The Sea: November 29 - December 20
Guests can also join in Yuletide By The Sea, a series of festive Saturday celebrations taking place at Ocean Blue and in the resort’s decorated lobby from November 29 through December 20, featuring a Hot Cocoa Bar ($10 for all-you-can-drink cocoa with a souvenir Springmaid Resort Mug), cookie decorating, craft making and photos with Santa. Brunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus: December 13
Each weekend offers something new, including a special Brunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus on December 13 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Ocean Blue Restaurant. Guests can enjoy a delightful oceanfront brunch with the jolly couple, complete with memorable photo opportunities to capture the moment.
