Negroni Week, when bars and restaurants across the country raise a glass to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails, returns Sept. 22–28. Presented by Imbibe and Campari, the celebration benefits Slow Food and its mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable food and beverage world.
Several Charleston favorites are joining in with their own creative spins:
- Paper Lantern - A thai chilie infused negroni (the same peppers used in the General Tso's!)
- Chicago Freestyle - Plum-infused gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, lemon, aquafaba, garnished with a sage leaf
- Appleonia - Housemade aged apple liqueur, Campari, and cinnamon sweet vermouth, garnished with a campari-soaked dehydrated apple
- Sichuan Negroni - gin, sichuan-infused bitters, smoky Cynar
