Available Jan. 19–Feb. 9, the Ray of Sunshine is composed of Don Gato Reposado tequila, turmeric-ginger simple syrup, orange juice and Clement Creole Shrubb, bringing together bright, warming and restorative elements in a cocktail designed to feel as good as it tastes.
In celebration of the Charleston Half Marathon, Veranda Lounge will offer the cocktail at a discount to runners who present their race bib or medal during race weekend, Saturday, Jan. 31, through Sunday, Feb. 1. Runners can enjoy the Ray of Sunshine for $13 — a nod to the 13.1-mile race — after crossing the finish line.
