Lost Isle
Southern Living this week released their list of the 20 Best New Restaurants In The South and two Charleston area restaurants - Lost Isle and Marbled & Fin - made the cut.
The restaurants on the list were picked by the editors of Southern Living who report, research, and visit restaurants across the South.
Lost Isle, the open-air kitchen and dining room on Johns Island, was also recently named Restaurant of the Year in Southern Living's 2025 South's Best awards. The restaurant features live-fire cooking and has a menu full of memorable dishes like harissa cauliflower steaks and braised collards with coconut milk.
Marbled & Fin at 480 East Bay Street was opened by the Neighborhood Dining Group, which called the restaurant an "ambitious approach to the traditional steakhouse." Diners can expect hot and cold seafood towers, a lineup of dry- and wet-aged American beef and Japanese and Australian Wagyu.
