Tideland Brewing announced the arrival of Chef K’Darius Lee, who joins the team from Mississippi, bringing his signature Creole flair and bayou-inspired creativity to the brewery’s kitchen.
Tideland’s menu will expand under Chef Lee’s direction to include New Orleans–inspired dishes. Guests can look forward to standout additions like the Shrimp Po’ Boy, Crawfish Queso Tots, and a rich Lobster Grilled Cheese.
Weekend brunch will also feature new favorites such as Beignets with Lobster Benedict and Grits and Étouffée.
