The Watch Rooftop, a restaurant that’s been a staple on Wentworth Street for nearly a decade, today shared details on their new spring menu. The news comes on the heels of the restaurant's recent expansion to Asheville.
A standout addition to Chef Daniel Nightengale's menu is the Toasted Cous Cous Bowl ($19)—a bright dish featuring cous cous, arugula, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and basil aioli. The restaurant says this dish is part of their broader transition to lighter grains, fresh vegetables, and a creative spin on seasonal ingredients, all designed to keep things coastal and cool.
The drink menu reflects this shift as well, with options like the It’s Mint to Be ($15)—a blend of Tanqueray 10, St. Germain, cucumber, lime, simple syrup, and soda water. The menu also introduces the Spring Spritzing, featuring a Spritz Flight ($16) with flavors such as Aperol, Hugo, Limoncello, and Apricot, or a single Spritz for $13.
