The Palmetto Hotel has debuted a lineup of six cocktails, perfect for beating the summer heat.
Favorites include the Lowcountry Dreamsicle (Pearl orange vodka, Ponche Kuba cream liqueur, Licor 43, cream), a nostalgic nod to a favorite summer treat, and the Holy City Smoke (Pueblo Viejo Blanco, Vida Mezcal, Giffard Apricot, Aperol, agave, lime, spritz of Absinthe) for those that are looking for something more experimental.
