The Palmetto Hotel is kicking off 2026 with six creative additions to their signature cocktail menu. Known for having one of the best espresso martinis in Charleston, The Palmetto’s bar team is continuing to raise the bar by introducing imaginative elements to every cocktail.

- Fig Folly: Gin, apricot liqueur, lemon and house-made fig syrup ($18)
- White Point Garden: Strawberry vodka, Lillet Blanc, citrus, egg white and house-made blackberry syrup ($17)
- Palmetto Passion: Mezcal, Hennessy, Bénédictine, orgeat and passion fruit ($18)
- A Perfect Pear: Vodka, St. George spiced pear, Amaretto, pear juice and lemon ($17)
- Charleston Spice And Everything Nice: Clarified blend of milk, rum, citrus and house-made allspice simple syrup ($18)
- Penthouse Suite Escape: WhistlePig Single Barrel, Rémy XO, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, gold leaf, served in a smoke snifter ($65)
Bar Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 4 to 11 p.m.
- Friday - Saturday: noon to midnight
- Sunday: noon to 11 p.m.
