The Haunting, the first Halloween concept from the creators of the popular Christmas-themed cocktail pop-ups Miracle and Sippin’ Santa, is coming to Starbird on Hilton Head Island for the 2026 spooky season. The pop-up opens Oct. 1.
Inspired by childhood haunted houses, glowing jack-o’-lanterns, vintage decorations and late-night horror movie marathons, participating bars will transform into immersive hideaways featuring over-the-top décor, original cocktails, spooky surprises and exclusive collectibles.
Cocktails making their debut include the Widow’s Whisper, Scream-sicle, Poison Apple, Liquid Lobotomy and Clown Pear-anoia, along with spirit-free options. Limited-edition Haunting glassware will also be available for purchase.
