The Charleston Place announced it's going to partner with Ghostburger, a popular Washington, D.C. eatery, on a limited-time pop-up at Meeting at Market at The Charleston Place from May 23rd to the 26th. The D.C. hotspot will offer its signature burgers, hot dogs, and milkshakes along with a variety of exclusive Charleston-inspired menu items.
Menu highlights include an array of burgers - along with a build-your-own option - gourmet hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, fries, and sweet treats including Ghostburger’s signature soft serve and milkshakes. Exclusive to the pop-up are the Charlie Burger, with homemade pimento cheese, fried pickles, red onions, micro broccoli greens, and jalapeno mayo, and the Yellow Submarine, with chilled shrimp, heirloom yellow tomato, toum, zhoug, and fennel pickle slaw on a long roll.
“Nothing says summertime quite like a burger and shake,” said Becky Hubbard, Managing Director, The Charleston Place. “We’re so excited to kick off summer by bringing Ghostburger to the Lowcountry and our food loving community – we know they won’t be disappointed.”
Ghostburger began as a ghost kitchen in August 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and quickly grew in popularity, launching as an independent restaurant in 2022.
The pop-up is open to the public on a first come, first served basis and will be available on Thursday and Friday from 12 pm to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm. For more information, visit: www.charlestonplace.com/experiences.
