The Charleston Museum will host the final installment of its Historic Cocktail and Spirits Series with a beer workshop led by Museum curators and representatives from Holy City Brewing. The event will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.
Guests will learn about the science of crafting beers, how it is brewed, and the different notes and tastes of different batches. As participants learn more about beer and its influence on Charleston’s history, ambassadors from Holy City Brewing will take guests on a guided, specially curated tasting journey through a variety of beers. The tasting will be complemented by an exclusive look at items from the Museum’s History and Archaeology collections that are not on public exhibition.
Tickets are all-inclusive and include four beer tastings, a full serving of beer, light bites, swag from Holy City Brewing, access to special Museum collection items, and education from Museum curators and Holy City Brewing. The event is open to guests 21 years of age and older.
