On Friday, July 24, at 7:30 p.m., Limbo at The Refinery will host The Caviar Club Experience, a curated culinary and sound experience for guests 21 and older.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a lobster caviar canapé, bubbles and the warm sound of vinyl, setting the tone for the evening.
The night will then unfold as a timed culinary and sound journey featuring a selection of dressed oysters, an additional caviar canapé and handcrafted cocktail pairings.
Food will be prepared by Connor White and the team from The Walrus Raw Bar, while music will be curated by Ben Austin and the team from Loose Ends Entertainment. Additional chef's selections will be available à la carte throughout the evening.
